David Stalker Excavating Ltd. originated in 1993 as a privately owned company by David Stalker.
After multiple years of previously operating heavy equipment for other island contractors during the 80’s, David stepped forward in 1993 into the ownership commitment side of the industry with the support of his wife in the office and his personal determination out in the field.
Throughout the years, with the eagerness and tireless efforts of a multitude of employees, the company has grown and developed as the industry continued to progress with the economic times.
30+ years later now, a core group of industry experience individuals continue with David in carrying forward the same values and business approach that the company is known for and respected as, in central Vancouver Island and our local communities.
The business relationships created and carried throughout the years with consistent suppliers and subtrades assist in achieving the best pricing and schedule co-ordination to help keep projects to stay on budget and on schedule.
